Integrity Therapeutics is an educational and therapeutic counselling service located in South Surrey BC.

If you think therapy is a painful process, where you are asked to go back and feel all your old pain, then you will be pleasantly surprised at the “pain free” modern therapy modalities that are being offered. The path forward is not re-initializing your pain but gaining new skills to learn what you can from it and then clearing the old pain memories from your system.

When we find ourselves stuck mentally, emotionally or physically it means we have narrowed the internal emotional and intellectual resources to process how to get ourselves unstuck. We need to learn something new, to gain a new perspective on our experience.
